In what way alcohol influences on good shape and sports
If you like sports and want to be in a good shape for a long time, you need to know that our muscles consist of red and white fibers. Red fibers of muscles regulate our exercise tolerance. White fibers regulate our ability to run and jump. Alcohol abuse destroys red and white fibers of muscles.
The more you’ll drink alcohol, the more intolerant you’ll be, and you’ll be less adapted to sports loads.
We know that the higher blood pressure is, the higher the load on blood vessels and heart is. That is why if a person suffers from alcohol abuse h or she gains symptom of high blood pressure. In this case a person should immediately stop to go in for sports as this symptom may quicken coronary artery disease, and further myocardial infarctions and strokes development.
Real sportsmen do not drink alcohol!
